The FUNED scholarship program provides loans and stipends to master students who lack the financial capability to finance their studies. Scholarships are awarded to students who wish to pursue a degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Law, International Trade and Political Science. The scholarship does not apply to studies in Health Sciences, Arts and Humanities. Doctoral and PhD studies are also excluded.
The FUNED scholarship program is accessible to Mexican students only and is generally awarded for one year to two years maximum. Stipends vary but generally range from 15,000 USD, for one year programs to 25,000 USD for 2 year programs.
Successful applicants have been admitted to a full-time study program at a recognized and prestigious national or international university. FUNED only supports master programs that are offered by universities that are ranked within the top 200 of the "Financial Times, and / or The Economist, QS, THES and The Guardian SAR."
Applicants should have work experience of at least one continuous year in the same company. Internships are excluded from the definition work experience. A personal interview may be part of the scholarship selection procedure.
