Healthy networks can be managed if you recognise patterns in networks and you know how to act accordingly. When and how to stimulate and enable others?
Focus of the Alliance and Network Management course is on your personal capacities when leading and facilitating networks. What can you do as a leader, a free actor or a facilitator? And how to take firm position when needed?
If you are a consultant or adviser / facilitator in setting up a network, or you are already facilitating, leading, or coordinating a network in a secretariat. You want to improve its dynamics for making the network more effective. You are recommended to join Network Dynamics (first week) before joining this course.
At the end of the course you are able to recognize patterns in societies or organizations and practice skills to facilitate as a free actor able to maintain vital space.
You are able to experience and practice your role and position as a network facilitator. Know and feel what you can do as a free actor in managing your network and know how you can improve your skills and attitude.
