As a Master's student you will find yourself in a dynamic research environment and you will be guided by top scientists from all over the world. You will be able to chose from a variety of research themes and gain experience in the research institutes that participate in this programme. These include the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour, the Centre for Language Studies, the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics, the Nijmegen Centre for Molecular Life Sciences (NCMLS) and various departments at the Radboud University Nijmegen Medical Centre.
Cognitive Neuroscience Curriculum
Brain Imaging Techniques; Brain and Cognition; Perception; Perception-Action Coordination; Language Processing; Linguistics; Neuronal communication; Brain Networks; Computational Modelling.
Students acquire the theoretical background and the practical skills for conducting research in cognitive neuroscience, with a focus on brain imaging.
Lectures, class discussion, student assignments, active participation in experiments, and computer simulations, lab visits.
Cognitive Neuroscience students can choose one of the following specializations as their major
