Program description

Educators in the visual arts teach drawing, painting and sculpture, but are also skilled in our digital culture with animations, websites and other forms of interactivity.

You can use these media and techniques as didactic instruments. In addition, you can teach students to design with and for these media. You also play a pivotal role as a teacher in your school or in extra-curricular activities, advising and encouraging students and colleagues to come up with new material. As a communications expert, you contribute to the educational innovation in your school. During your classes, you teach students to be open to the language of visual imagery to improve their self-confidence. You also actively take part in extra-curricular activities such as excursions, project weeks and visits to museums. For this reason, working on projects in secondary schools and extra-curricular activities form an important part of your studies at WdKA.
