East Coast Boarding Schools Tour - Event Details

The East Coast Boarding Schools Tour offers a series of school visits and fairs in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland/DC and Virginia. This is your chance to recruit the finest students for your international university bachelor and undergraduate programs.

+ East Coast Boarding Schools Tour - Event Description

Over the last ten years, the number of international students enrolled in secondary schools in the U.S. has tripled, yielding a strong cohort of international students with U.S. high school diplomas eager to begin their university education journey. These students are skilled at both written and spoken English; have acclimated to living and studying abroad; are academic, artistic, and athletic leaders on their campus; and pay significant tuition fees. In addition, most students already have held an I-20 for several years, so there is rarely an immigration issue when entering a U.S. university. This tour is also a great opportunity for non-US universities to recruit students to their bachelor programs.

The international student population within U.S. boarding schools comes from a variety of Asian countries, including Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, China, and South Korea. Large contingencies also hail from strong boarding school markets such as Germany, Mexico, Nigeria, Russia, Spain, and Turkey.

These school visits are designed to connect you with students and high school counselors eager to learn more about you and your institution.

The East Coast Boarding Schools Tour is designed to provide you with an economical and productive way to maximize your recruitment yields. We look forward to welcoming you to this engaging and strategic set of events this Spring!
